Received a call with several people’s Excel crashing when trying to print. They were using a Konika Minolta C251i connected through the network, and upon inspecting the Job history, the following line was displayed:
Result: Deleted Due to Error
After performing some research, there is a strong possibility that Windows Update installed a new Driver which caused the problem. The solution to this problem is to install an old Driver. So what worked is the following:
Download the PCL 2.4.0.1 Driver. You can download the Driver for your Printer here: https://www.konicaminolta.eu/eu-en/support/download-centre – Expand the page to show all Drivers and try to Locate it in the List.
The Driver that worked for me came with filename: KM_v4UPD_UniversalDriver_PCL_2.4.0.1

After downloading the Zip file, extract the files and run the installer for your Architecture:
Perform a search for the Printer on the Network; select the Printer and Continue the install.
After you complete the Install, your printer will be added to Devices and Printers, and you should now be able to print.
